• Melissa Robertson

    Melissa Robertson is an Assistant Professor in Psychology at the University of Georgia and the Director of the Relationships and Work Lab. She received her Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Georgia in 2018, and previously worked as an Assistant Professor at Purdue University. Melissa’s research centers on the intersection of work and relationships. She is specifically interested in 1) the development and maintenance of social relationships, and 2) how social relationships contribute to workers’ personal and professional development, inclusion, and well-being.

  • Fanyi Zhang

    Fanyi is a third year Ph.D. student in the Industrial-Organizational Psychology program at Purdue University. She received a bachelor's degree in Psychological Sciences and French from Colgate University. Her area of interest focuses on measuring and promoting employee well-being and understanding positive relationships in the workplace. She is also interested in research methodology, including psychometrics and innovative technologies. Currently, she is working on understanding mentoring experiences and personal expansion from work.

  • Mia Kendrick

    Mia Kendrick is a second-year graduate student studying Industrial-Organizational Psychology at Purdue University. She received a Bachelor's degree in Psychological Sciences with a minor in Business Administration from Western Kentucky University. Her current research centers on work-life boundaries and gender discrepancies in the workplace.

  • Marta Mohedano Jurado

    Marta is a first year Ph.D. student in the Industrial-Organizational Psychology program at the University of Georgia. She earned her bachelor's degree in Psychological Sciences from Southern Utah University with a minor in Spanish. Her research interests include occupational health psychology and the intersection between work and non-work life. She is currently working on a publication focusing on the association between perfectionism and mental health outcomes, and is assisting with a research project focusing on mentoring.

  • Luiza Cabral Flores

    Luiza is a Senior in Psychological Sciences at Purdue University with a minor in Human Resources. Her research interests include teamwork, employee well-being, creativity, and the effects of feedback on employees' work. Currently, she is working on her Honors thesis, which examines how mentoring and critical feedback may affect creative performance.
